It is not an age thing that makes people critical of how young the dodgy staff is.

2there is a difference between what the back end database has stored in it and how the front end application interprets it.
2One very simple example...

2The simple reality is that any

2 at times it is simpler to have the application correct any issues in the data.
2In this case, a simple if...then code would be able to say teh following:
if the database says a person is over 110 years old then do not mail out a check.
2This is why auditors
like it that2stress the need for read only access to a database in many situations. No need to change the data if the application can correct the problem.
